Notion workspace for ADHD

Brief Introduction to ADHD

ADHD-“Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder” was a termed coined around 1987. It was originally called “Hyperkinetic reaction of childhood“ by the American Psychiatric Association Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM-ll) in 1968.

“If my brain had a filing system, it would be a chaotic mix of half-written to-do lists, forgotten deadlines, and sudden bursts of motivation at 2 AM. Managing tasks felt impossible—until I found Notion. Now, instead of relying on sheer willpower (or last-minute panic), I have a system that actually works with my ADHD, not against it.”

I started using Notion a couple of years ago to keep track of chores, homework, and extracurricular activities. Before that, I often forgot to note down my makeup classes, causing me to miss them. I also misjudged my free time, thinking I had room for chores when, in reality, I was overloading myself and working nonstop.
